Funeral directors and cemetery owners opinions will be closely followed as it relates to the act. There has been no national regulation of the cemeteries across the USA until this act. There has been no amendments to the Funeral Rule since 1992. This act amends the funeral rule, bringing needed clarity to Funeral Contracts. It will stop more of the funeral deceptions that occur in the United States of America.
The Bereaved Consumers Protection Act will help Americans with Funeral Costs, and bring down the average cost of a funeral.
